Sub-contractor cost analysis - Re-pricing of all sub-contractors on site and obtaining 'best practice best price'
Labour loading - analysis of implemented PPM charts and subcontractor used on site
Utilities & Budget Analysis - implementing energy saving strategies, monthly costing sheets and financial controls and reporting.
Water Treatment Services
We also provide a specialist water treatment regime. Includes clean & chlorination of all water and cooling systems, water management, (includes full risk assessments).
