Contracts
Cochlear Europe - Sourcing of sub-contractor and audit procedure
Interserve FM - Based at Heathrow Airport - Setting up PPM schedules to HVCA standards, (involving asset listing), sub-contractor sourcing of best price and practice, implementing procedures for day to day smooth running of site and project management -attending regular site meetings. Analysis of accounts, budgets and sub-contractors as enabled a saving of £250,000 within 6mths.
ISS Facilities Services - T/a ISS Coflex - Mobilisation process - including PPM schedules, analysis of sub-contractors and implementation of site procedures.
Sodexo - Ongoing bid analysis processes, carried out on behalf of client.
Amey - Ongoing Bid analysis works within the private and public sector. Implementation of PPM schedules and all related procedures.
Maclellan FM - Based at Silverburn Shopping Mall, Glasgow- Implementation of all site FM procedures to HVCA standards. Labour loading, white folder system and on site training.
